The Academy was founded by Rhysha Warren, who holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Law, with a specialisation in Corporate and Commercial law from the University of the West Indies. 

 

In addition to her legal training, Ms. Warren has completed professional development in teaching methodologies, public speaking, online learning delivery and supporting students with diverse learning needs and styles.

Having been a student past the post-graduate level, she understands first hand how the education system works, tips and tricks to manage a heavy workload and how to breakdown complex topics to bite sized understandable pieces.

Her mission is to help every child discover their unique learning style and use that to their advantage throughout their learning journey and help every parent understand the same about their little one and truly fuel their learning!
